1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Fratell.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding presentation of our products.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.


3. Prices & Payment Terms

All stated prices are in Euros, including statutory value-added tax, plus shipping costs.

The following payment methods may be offered at checkout:

The charge will be made immediately after the order is completed.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany and to selected EU countries.

Delivery times:

  • Germany: 2 to 5 working days
  • EU: 4 to 10 working days

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.


5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Fratell until full payment has been received.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.


7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.


8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.


9. Copyrights

All content on this website, in particular images, designs, logos, texts and graphics, are protected by copyright and may not be used without written consent.


10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
